The Site is our marketing website, used to describe our video support product, share information about Henvid, and let visitors get in touch with us. It is not the Henvid support platform itself.

Use of the Henvid support platform (app.henvid.com), including any video sessions, is governed by the separate subscription agreement or terms of service accepted by the business using it, not by these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by anyone else.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any related infrastructure, and you must not use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.

When you use our contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and to only submit content that you have the right to share. We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may decline to respond to messages that are abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to our services.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, and the Henvid name and brand, are the property of Henvid or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services, such as Twilio SendGrid for delivering contact form emails and app.henvid.com for the Henvid platform itself. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim to keep the Site accurate and available, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
