Henvid provides a video support tool that lets support teams see what a customer sees, directly in the customer's browser, without any download. This policy covers the henvid.com marketing website, including the contact form. Use of the Henvid support platform itself (app.henvid.com) is governed by the agreement between Henvid and the business using it.

Contact form: when you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), subject, and message so we can respond to your enquiry.

Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and reliability purposes.
